This is cute, but Echo can't speak except for repeating phrases. Plus, Narcissus is cursed with narcism. Otherwise, it's adorable.

Not bad at all, you picked a really obscure pairing to work with. A few minor things though, use the apostrophe instead of the backtick, it makes it easier to read. Also, the bolded change of POV can be really off-putting. Just put a line break instead, it's easy enough to figure out the POV without it. (Oh, and in mythology Narcissus never noticed Echo, who can only repeat phrases.) But definitely not bad for a first try.
