Wait wait... some of the gods are a real pain... but not worth hating? Do you even know of the mythologies. Hera isn't just "a real pain" ... she freaking hunted down pregnant women and babies out of her rage. It wasn't the fault of humans when a god decides to 'bestow favor' onto a woman. It isn't their fault if Zeus goes around RAPING and ended up pregnant. RAPING. They take humans as their playthings!

ONE example is Hercules. She sent snakes after him in his crib as a baby to kill him. To KILL. Then she made him go mad and kills his own freaking family. Then in order to 'repent' for 'his' actions he had to go on the famous Twelve Labors. That's just one of the most famous example. ONE.

The gods are totally worth hating. People have to suffer their anger and hatred even if it wasn't their fault. Simply because they can't take it out on the other gods, they use humans as their scapegoats.

Granted in the novel, in the modern age there aren't that many cases. The biggest issue that the demigods have seem to just be abandonment. Which...even normal human children go through... But I feel like your character is acting extremely entitled. She's behaving as if she's disregarding the pain and suffering other demigods have gone through.
