I saw this story many times in the list, but I never clicked on it. I still wander why, because this fanfic had everything to seduce me ... And oh god! I totally liked reading it!
To start this review, I wanna talk about the plot. One word : amazing. It is a totally credible yet enjoyable situation.
I want to worship Amy a little bit, because this character is so lovable. I mean that she's not strong because she's strong, she's naturally weak, we've seen it a lot. She's not particularly talented too. But all that makes her human and we want to support her ... unlike the usual superhero OC who's strong from the first chapter and who obtains everything without trying.
What surprised me is that even if you're a new writer, you master all the codes of good writing.
The beginning of the story is light and funny, you set the characters really well and we have all the time we need to learn to know their personalities and create bonds with them. Then, smoothly, the story decides to take the direction of action, and because we already are invested with the characters, we want to know what happens to them, so we stick with the story despite the deep change occurring in it.
However, this fanfic is not perfect, and there's some (not that much, I've seen worse!) grammar mistakes that you could have avoided with some more editing. You should take a beta reader, it would help you a lot.
So, as a conclusion, I can say without hesitation that this fanfic is one of my favorite ones on the AOT fandom ... Even if Jean is far from being my favorite character in the manga, I find him absolutely adorable in this fic and I want to see him with Amy a lot more !

I quite like this story, and I get what you mean with trying to establish the relationships before big things start happening. I'm looking forward to more!

I really enjoy this story. Seeing an OC who isn't highly proficient at fighting in an Attack on Titan fic is refreshing. I like how you potray Jean and Marco, and Amy is a very likeable character. I especially loved Jean getting his ass kicked by a beaten up crippled Amy. That was just amazing. I am curious about Amy's relationship with Eren, Armin, and Mikasa and I wonder what really happened with that Titan. I did find Levi to be a bit off, but I can't really pinpoint the exact reasoning as to why I felt that way. Maybe it was his dialouge... Either way, it wasn't bad and it is possible that I am just being picky. I hope you update this again in the near future so I can read more of this delightful story!
