Your description of the Cage was awesome, and I like how Michael wasn't a dick to Adam (that's a personal headcanon of mine - he protected Adam since none of this was really his fault), though it was sad to read about how he seemed on better terms with Adam than Lucifer - old habits die hard.
I don't ship Samifer in the show, but you made it really great here! Especially since Sam's memories of the Cage seemed manufactured, and his actual experiences there were good for the most part. I like Michael and Lucifer killing Metatron and how Lucifer bonded with four-year-old Dean. Game of Thrones is another one of my favorite shows, so kudos for including the coyotes and naming them after the direwolves!
This whole thing was just an enjoyable read, and somehow I wish it could have gone like this in the show. That would have made things a bit too easy of course, having an archangel (or two) on your side for every conflict, so I get why not.
Still, amazing job with this - Thanks for sharing!
