Okay, wow, just wow! I loved unexpected connections but this is your best story by far. This is one I would never even attempt to ask to adopt because I could never come anywhere close to doing it justice. You can feel every raw emotion, Bella’s pain turned into hate, Peters protectiveness, Jasper’s love and regret, Carlisle and Esme’s self-righteousness and naïveté, Edwards arrogance and self importance and the genuine fear from Caius (though i would bet Aro will regret not taking the threat of Bella seriously soon). The story just dove right into the action and most of the time that hasn’t workEd well in the FanFiction’s I’ve read that did so, but you made it work to such a point that I now can’t imagine it starting any other way. It set the tone for the entire story and that is a very good thing. Seeing Jasper as the Major is always a turn on and seeing Bella the same way is surprising but you sold it completely. I know just how much the pain of trauma can fuel Hate and birth strength & I always hated seeing Jasper portrayed as a weak and subservient character with how strong and fierce he had to be to survive the southern armies no matter how much he regrets some of the things he did. You have kept the balance of soldier and man and the mindset of a soldier. (I was in the military even if I didn’t see any action from it. My PTSD came from Responding to and surviving the World Trade Center on 9/11 and being permanently disabled left me in constant debilitating physical pain for the rest of my life. That kind of trauma (on top of my many others from my childhood before I was put into foster care) made me both weak and strong in different ways. Most authors make it so Surviving those things makes you one or the other and few get it right with the reality that it’s both. It opens your eyes and changes your perspective, it increases your fortitude and will to survive but emotionally no matter how much you heal, you always feel a little weaker or more damaged then before. In this story I think Bella is still (Somewhat) hiding behind her rage because it’s both easier to face and she has an objective. If you only ever return to finish one twilight story of yours, I would hope and pray that it would be this one because so far, you’ve knocked this one straight outta the park! This is one of my favorite fanfics ever and I’ve read thousands (yeah, reading & writing fanfic is my only hobby) so to make it onto that list really is an impressive thing to me. Please, PLEASE tell me you want to add to this one because this is one plot I will NEVER get out of my head until it’s finished and as good as I am with some genres, this is honestly one I could never touch even to finish it just for myself. (I often finish abandoned stories-never to post, just because I can’t stop thinking about it until I complete the story in my head. That was also why asking to possibly adopt unexpected outcomes was such a big deal. I’ve never asked to adopt, I just finish them in my head or typing it out but never share it. The fact that I wanted to adopt it so others could still read your amazing plot (I hope) says a lot. There are a lot of great abandoned stories but few have ever made me think, I wish I could adopt that one and never had I seriously considered it before And if I thought there was even the slightest chance I could do this story justice I would’ve asked to adopt this one too, but alas, I’ve never been able to pull off a story that’s action packed in this kind of way. The emotions I’m great with but the pace and tone of the action stories I’ve tried but every one of them was an epic fail. If I get the tone and rhythm right, the descriptions and words don’t fit or I get it the other way around or other times none of the above. You’re very talented and I hope to see you return to finish some of these because it would be a shame not to, some of these stories are just too good.

I absolutely love this story. I really wish tbat you would consider finishing it, or at least updating it some more. Its completely amazing and so unique! Please continue it! Don't give up! You are an incredibly talented writer & I cannot wait to read more. You know what would be really weird? If you some how turned this story into a crossover with either The Vampjre Diaries (TVD) or The Originals. Have Bella seek out the Mikaelson family for help with winning her war, or have the Mikaelson family seek her out to aid her. I think it would be amazing if she suddenly were to discover that BOTH Jasper and Klaus Mikaelson (the Original Hybrid) were both her mates. That would really instill and inspire some raw fear and blind panic in the Volturi. I think that would be an amazing twist to add

this is an awesome story, I hope you will continue when you can? There is only a few diamonds in the rough, and less that are complete. If you finish this story I know this will be a Champion a real diamond!
