Ambergreen chapter 1 . 2/19/2016 I Said I wouldn't cry, I won't *curls ip in corner and sobs* |
Rowknan chapter 1 . 10/28/2015 Nice, although I have some criticisms if you don't mind. While I get that the short sections are representative of Bob's thoughts it would have made some more sense to transition into longer parts to show that Bob isn't just Bob he is also Iapetus: even if he doesn't use the name anymore. |

Seas and Shadows chapter 1 . 10/14/2013 *Cries uncontrollably* So saaaad! Why, Bob, why? Why did you have to DIE?! *sniff* |
polymerase chapter 1 . 10/14/2013 This hurt. In the good way, but it still hurt. My feelings are still raw from the ending, and- well. You've managed to keep Bob in character while still making it amazingly emotional, even though in the book Bob is pretty stoic. (Before I forget, I like that you mentioned Tartarus had an obsidian name plaque. It would be fitting, considering the gods' descent into modernishness.) I love the short, simple sentences emulating Bob's way of speaking. And also the TFIOS mention. The best quote is either "He helps the sassy one send a note on a napkin" or "Bob likes peanut M&Ms", but it quickly plunges the reader into sadness and good-byes and death and dying and feelings. I'm probably going to stop now for fear of blabbering on about Bob, but definitely favoriting and- if you do update- following. (You should also probably categorize this into Tragedy. D:) |
