Hello! Reviews from your favorite neighborhood troll! It's about damn time to say the least. I've been meaning to review stalk all of your story for ages, but then I forgot. Oops. But now I'm bored and angsty and I have tons of time to procrastinate! Yay! Anywhoo, back to your writing. It's great. What else could I possibly say about it? It's amazing squared. It really is. I'm so glad Mai got her moment of glory. Honestly, it's been a long time coming. Then again, I'm glad it's her only one. I don't know what I would do if she outwitted him often. The world would cease to exist. No, seriously, John would turn into a demon monster and consume the world... Again. And we already agreed to put a stop to such nonsense! Yeah, I don't consider a review complete without at least one completely errant rant. Whatevs. Anywhoo, great work! I love this story lots and lots! Everyone is really in character, yet you made it possible for every fangirl to live out their stalkerish fantasies. Claps to you! I'm so proud! Anywhoo, go on with your bad self. Shake up the fandom and write beautifully! And when in doubt, just remember. I'll be back! And if you didn't read that in the Terminator voice then you did it wrong!

God, the last statement Mai said was honestly genius. Naru would be totally flabbergasted. And I imagine even if she did wait for his reply, he probably would be too taken off-guard to say anything. I enjoyed this one-shot a lot - Naru's character is difficult to grasp, but you got it done very well.

Okay, girl...

WHY ARE YOU SUCH AN AMAZING WORDSMITH?! Really, like I read this and I thought things like, "Ohhhhhh honey, you did not just bring up the 'me or Gene' thing again," and "Oh damn, she just called you Oliver. You're in trouble," and one more, "GET IT MAI! That's right, you've just outwitted Naru the Narcissist! YEA!" Because I am always on Mai's side. Always! Once again, I am trolling Fanfiction, because I just can't kick this Ghost Hunt phase that I'm going through. I'm desperate. I NEED MORE! This one shot was so great! The way that you wrote Mai handling that rejection from Naru and then he is nonchalant return was brilliant! It was so real- those feelings she was experiencing were feelings I identified with as a reader. It made me respect her more as a person, I felt linked to her, just as any other human being who has experienced rejection by someone they love, romantic or otherwise, would feel. I also really enjoyed observing Naru. The way in which you wrote his own struggle within himself was also freaking spectacular. I'm not the original author or anything, but the way Naru reacted to the way Mai had changed inside, almost as if he didn't expect her to change at all, was spot on. That's exactly ow I imagined he would be. It seems to me, like he would assume Mai would stay the same person, always waiting for him. Not because of Naru's arrogance, but because in his mind though he doesn't admit it out loud, Mai is a source of strength, a kind refuge, someone who always finds a way of finding the missing piece to the puzzle, just as he is too frustrated to move forward. She is important to him. He expected her to stay static while he was away, even after his rejection. But, people change and as he is realizing this, the feelings he was only semi-aware of are pushing their way to the surface and confusing him. Mai used to be simple and easy to understand. She is changing and he doesn't like it. I love this concept of yours! His portrayal is perfect! You write all of the SPR characters so well!

So, funny story (or maybe sad...?). I've been re watching the anime, cause I'm obsessed, and today I just got to the Bloody Labyrinth arc. Let me tell you, I was not prepared for it. I totally forgot how freaky this file was! I mean it's also supremely interesting because the house that they stay in is super similar to the Winchester Mystery Mansion! (Have you ever been there? There's a door that is on the second floor that leads to a ten foot drop. You should visit! It's cool!) But the whole Elizabeth Bathory thing going on "I don't want to die" and so on is terrifying. I've seen it before, but I was alone in my house watching it, because I'm sick today. Not gonna lie, I almost started crying at a few parts. I'm kind of a wimp, but I love paranormal happenings. (As long as I am far away from them, watching them from the comfort of my own home. I would NOT want SPR's job. No thank you!) Back on topic, the funny story. So, I'm watching Mai get dragged away from Ayako and Masako to that creepy room where she experiences being murdered and just when the assistant holds the knife to her throat, a loud crash sounds from my kitchen. I scream bloody murder, because I was really into the moment. After my heart calms down enough for me to come back to reality, I slowly get up and tip toe to through my empty house to the kitchen. Did I mention that I'm wimpy? Yeah, well, I peeked around the corner and all of a sudden something crashes into my feet. I yelp and stumble backwards into the wall and the thing goes flying down the hall to the back door. I'm freaked out cause, well, Ghost Hunt, so I follow gingerly and discover...It's a freaking cat tumbling through my dog's doggy door. That is about as close as I'll ever be, to my own Ghost Hunt adventure. :))

Sorry for the long rant, I do that occasionally. ANYWAY, PLEASE I BEG OF YOU, GRACE ME WITH YOUR WONDERFUL TALENT IN THE ART OF STORYTELLING AGAIN AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE! I'm ready for anything!
