Looking forward to more!

Definitely an interesting start. I don't think I've seen many (if any) stories yet with our favorite characters playing instruments. I like that touch. I'm definitely curious to see where this will go. Now onto some constructive criticism.

While I understand the desire to keep the characters mysterious without saying their actual names, I honestly don't think that's necessary. It's one thing if you want to keep the characters a mystery from the readers. It's an entirely different thing to want to keep the characters a mystery from other characters. As a reader, I find it a bit annoying and at times confusing when you prolong the inevitable use of the character's names. Usually pretty fast, because we're all RWBY fans, we figure out who the characters are. And because of that, the constant descriptions of them rather than the use of their names can get somewhat tedious. You did a great job at the end of the chapter, keeping up the mystery for Blake, as she didn't know Yang and Ruby's names. But at the beginning of the story, I felt it was just a bit too long, that is, trying to use every description you could without using their names.

Beyond that, the chapter was pretty solid. Keep up the great work. I love all the ideas and stories you come up with. I look forward to more. :)
