ahahahahahaha cheers to science yes? and it would obviously make sense for a child to inherit a parent's sickness as there is always a possibility based on genetics (god knows the punnett square was probably the easiest thing in science I've ever learned in my four years of science high school hell), as was the case with Kagura.
But anyway, I love how well written this was, and the way you wrote the bond between each character. Thinking about how Okita would've reacted after Kagura's death made my heart die a little but it's ALL WORTH IT.
Keep up the amazing work!

Wow, it's a very well written story. Very touching and depressing. It's sad for Kagura to die but it's your story and at least you wrote it in a way that Kagura went peacefully and still happy. It's nice to see that even though Mitsu had to face all these difficulties as half human and half amanto as a child, and I'm sure as an adult as well, she grew up overcoming them and being loved by everyone. I was hoping that Kamui would see her again. I hope you'll write more stories about them, ones with happier endings. Good luck with your future stories.

Oh my gosh T_T I've never read a story like this that made me want to cry my eyes out but yet learn something from this. Even if it was short, it still had it's bits and pieces of happiness and lessons in it. I absolutely loved it and you're an amazing writing. I am so jealous of your writing skills because I'm still working on mine. The way you make your words,sentences,and paragraphs into something more than just words,sentences,and paragraphs. This story really showed me how much a family is worth living for. And when Kagura was on her death bed and Okita was hugging her close, it nearly made me want to reach in and join in because your words have so much meaning and emotion in it, that it makes me imagine that I am in the story itself.

Again, congratz on making this story my favorite!

...that went from being really funny to me crying alone...but I loved it! Haha this Is the only okikagu having a child story I've read so far and it was simply amazing! I can totally see everyone just protecting their child XD and I wish there was more kamui! I loved that he totally came in to save the day! OMG that was perfect and I'm going to be thinking about that forever now... Though I do wish he was their for when kagura passed...haha and I would like to see how they all got along with their lives after kagura X.X especially sougo great job!

This was so great and painful all at once. It tackled an issue I sun teen think of, but is likely to happen. Not only is this a deep story, but it also one rarely seen in the gintama fanfiction place because it well written and it deals with kagura and okita's future and I wish I could read more! Thank you for writing this awesomeness!
