Dear god this was a rollercoaster. I feel so utterly drained at how this seems to have ended. I felt so attached to Eleanor and I found myself wishing that she wasn't an OC and that I could find another fic where the fates hadn't been so cruel to her. I think you wrote this really well, technically speaking its an outstanding achievement. Well paced, vivid imagery, likable characters, believable antagonists, good grammar and spelling and all that.

As noted in the previous review, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of reading your work. It was emotional.

Forgive me, though, for never wanting to see it again, what with the way it happens to end and all.

This story is incredible. I can only lament the fact that there isn't more of it written to enjoy.

By the summary and the pairing everything that's happened so far hasn't been a surprise, but it's all been thoroughly enjoyable to read. Nothing has felt like a slog/chore and you convey the emotions of the characters very well.

Gotta admit, part of me is a little disappointed that Hermione didn't choose to say 'Congratulations, Harry, it's a girl'. Springing it on him that way and the spluttering that would ensue would've been enjoyable.

I do get that she's in no state of mind to be making those jokes. Heck, she hasn't even seen the girl yet. Still, it's nice to dream, you know.

I won’t ask you to come back and finish this story as others have. I know they will keep their promise to little Eleanor and they will find happiness together and eventually have other children that will know about their sister, but Hermione and Harry will never really heal from the loss. How could they...how could anyone.
