Bookwormkat1 chapter 12 . 8/12 haven't got a clue about this dependent thing, is it something you created, or from another author? either way, it's an excellent story, very different. I enjoyed reading it. |
Lady of Moon Over Silver Seas chapter 12 . 3/5/2018 Awesome. Sorry, I can't be anymore specific than that though |
ChrissyYancey chapter 1 . 1/4/2018 I loved this story! I'm very interested in seeing your further works just from this fic alone! Just a hint of constructive criticism, you could have made John figure out about Lestrade's crest instead of just having it stated. Not that it took away from the story in any way mind you! It would have just added a little more depth to the plot. I do especially love how you included Mrs. Hudson's disdain for her husband. That was wonderful. |
S.Holmes J.Watson chapter 12 . 7/11/2017 I loved this new universe and would love to read more like it. Also the you kept the characters perfect all the way through. Most authors I have read from have trouble with that. |
princess.saffron chapter 5 . 5/2/2017 I love how John observes Anthea and uses his deduction skills on her. I think it's brilliant that John doesn't yield to others |
mysnecret chapter 12 . 4/19/2017 This was really well done. I love the world you created and the way they functioned in it. They were true to their characters without forcing everything to be a mirror of the show. Thank you, I really enjoyed this. |
EiswolfZero chapter 12 . 11/7/2016 A very interesting universe and I couldn't stop reading this one. The characterization was spot on even for they different roles in this and I'm glad they could make it in the end |
modestlobster chapter 12 . 5/11/2016 Well, quite the ending! Overall, nicely written. I really like your characterization of Lestrade, especially in this 'verse. Thanks again. Hope you keep creating. |
modestlobster chapter 3 . 5/11/2016 Interesting concept for the story and your 'pendentverse'. Solid writing and nice characterizations. Thanks for writing! |
Siren of the Darknessflame chapter 12 . 1/11/2016 Awesome awesome awesome. I love John's characterization especially. ~siren of the darknessflame |
Fangurrrling221B chapter 12 . 12/14/2015 I finished all the chapters in about an hour, I just couldn't put it down. Thank you for writing this it was awesome! I wish I could see a drawn version of the crests. I enjoyed the strong character you portrayed for John and I like the world that these characters live in |
Saphireanime chapter 12 . 11/8/2015 I really enjoyed this, read it in one sitting. I look forward to reading more of your work |
black snow rose chapter 12 . 6/24/2015 I just want to say that I have reread this fic many times. It is brilliantly written and I love the universe you have created. I would love more than anything if you would make a sequel, but I understand that is most likely not going to happen. It's just that there is so many possibilities with the universe you have created. You are a lovely writter, and I hope you continue writing what ever it may be that you are writing. |
smile chapter 12 . 4/9/2015 Brilliant work! I thoroughly enjoyed your writing and the wonderful Pendentverse. Your imagination is amazing. I loved how perfect Sherlock and John were for each other and how really independent and dependent they both became. I think the only slip I noticed was around chapter 5 when john mentions possibly ending up the first dependent in London to die unclaimed or something similar. But this was right after a chapter about how older unclaimed dependents were being murdered, so it didn't make much sense. I assume maybe you meant old age as opposed to any kind of death (murder, accident, etc). Other than that little bit, it was incredible! Thank you so much for writing this piece. |
MiniMonster98 chapter 12 . 3/20/2015 I hate it when I find a story that makes me want to gush my heart out only to see it was updated a long while ago. Sigh. Welp! Even if you aren't going to see it then I'm still going to praise the hell out of it. The concept is awesome. I don't know if any other stories use the idea of dependent and independent in the same way you do, but this is the first I've seen. I also haven't read a Sherlock story in which John is a student and Sherlock is a professor, so that was a nice change. Your writing is well written and fleshed out. Minimal grammar and spelling mistakes (that I could see). The way you wrote drew me in and made me want to continue reading it. The end was a tad rushed, and I hope you don't mind me mentioning. Even so, I enjoyed the story immensely and will check out some of your other stories. Keep writing! :) |
