Yes! I want a sequel! With more of the Ryan’s Rachel and grace family! I’d love to hear more about the struggles of raising a poke family and if they get any more adopted kids! Or real kids? Is that even physically possible?! Like what?! Haha but great story

Finally an amazing ending to an amazing story. I've read this so many times over the years and I love it every time. Im really looking forward to a sequel. But I have the feeling that this isn't the last we've seen of Apollo

Um… We start the chapter with a timeskip and learn that Apollo has been hurting trainers and pokemon like usual. Then Ryan and his pokemon are slightly insulted by some random person and it's suddenly ok if they hurt him? If this is the case, then why haven't they attempted the same after beating Apollo? Seems like such a sudden character shift from 'super paragon' to 'meh, if he dies he dies'. Not to mention the bad example they set for the Riolu… "Remember, son. It's ok to hurt people and pokemon so long as they throw the first insult."

On the other hand, if they could do something like that to a nobody, then perhaps they'll be more serious once they face Apollo again?

Hi.
So... I'm having a bit of a difficulty understanding Apollo's character. He appears to be a truly bad person who isn't afraid to hurt people, pokemon or even cares about damage to buildings and stuff. At the same time, he's collecting gym badges because he wants to get back at Ryan and Derek for beating him 'several times' in the past. Is he just a more hardcore/evil version of Paul or what?

Also, Ryan and Derek want to take Apollo down and bring him to justice for his 'crimes'. Yet from what I saw in this chapter, they hardly seem serious about doing this at all. They don't fight him unfairly, they don't try to stop him from running away, and they haven't called the cops on him (or the cops are as useless as in canon).

What am I supposed to believe when adding all these things together? Ryan and Derek aren't some naive 10 year olds that don't know how the world works. Heck, Ryan was battling a pokemon using his father's knife in the first few chapters, and Derek had his village destroyed. Things like that build character, and along with their 3 year journey they must have grown up beyond their years.

Thank you so much for writing this story! I had so much fun reading it and it was really romantic! The ending chapters were amazing! I liked the battle between Salamence and Sylveon. That one was funny! I can't wait for the sequel!

about your writer's notes at the end...yeah..pokemon did it...after five years after this fanfic came out, pokemon will finally be having a series without having ash as their main character

Chapter 60 just dissappeared from me. I need the ending please.

I came looking for copper and i found gold. Seriously tho, i randomly stumbled upon this story here a few days ago and took my time reading it, now i kinda wish i did it slower. In conclusion, i absolutely loved every chapter of it and looking forward to the sequel you said you plan to do somewhere in the future.

When u do a sequel to this will u be excepting OC for it?

I was hoping that in this chapter, Rachel will Mega Evolve again and give Ryan another crushing hug. I do hope there will be a sequel since Nova is obviously going to team up with other defeated organizations. And I also hope they'll go to the Galar Region as well. Why? Because I want to see a giant Rachel hugging a tiny Ryan.

I'm so glad that this is long, if it wasn't I'd be bummed since it's amazing and fun as fuck to read. Keep writing this bro, it's amazing
