Aint she a fish scientist? How she gonna make a cure?

Good start. I'm curious about hers and Daryl's past.

Yeeeaaah, I can't read on without saying this. Why would a MARINE biologist, someone who studies SEA life, be the one close to fiding a cure? It would make way more sense if she was a Bacteriologist, Epidemiologist, Microbiologist, Virologist, someone who studied Parasitology, etc. But a MARINE biologist? I get that even they can study viruses/parasites but they study it in sea life, not humans. So unless I missed something from the comics/show where they said the virus came from sea life, it doesn't make sense. Also, the group was way too welcoming. After meeting the governor, they became way more hostile but with her, they welcomed her like they already knew her. I don't mean to sound rude, I'm just telling it how it is. To each their own, I guess.

This could be a really good story but I personally feel you base it off sex way too much. The relationship between Juliet and Daryl could be amazing if they actually talked and had heart-to-hearts, at times, instead of avoiding the topic or problem and doing nothing but sex. After a while, it gets a little boring and predicable.

Before you said the governor shot Hayley but in this chapter the governor stabbed hayley.

Beth's boyfriend was actually Zach, Patrick was the young boy who would hang out with Carl.

I liked it because my name is Juliet too ( even though the charecter isn't anything like me ) its pretty awesome the way it reads when it's your own name :) keep posting :D
