I’m glad Penny and Sarah care about Tim’s feelings and are trying to get him returned to Gibbs.
Yes Maggie is Tim’s mother, but Tim and his feelings are more important than her rights. I’m glad Tim is giving her hell for what she is putting him through.

Maggie is an absolute monster. If she was any kind of mother she wouldn’t put her child through something like that.
The MCGee’s should’ve just been told that Time died in a fire or an explosion, that way there would be a reason for there being no body for them to see.

I love this story.
But I have an issue. No decent parent would put their child in daycare without taking their child to see where they will be spending their time, and to meet the people who will be taking care of them. Children are more comfortable if they have met the people taking care of them beforehand.

Hey my friend, how are you ? It's been 10 months since you didn't update and I'm sure that I'm not the only one who misses new stories of Timmy's growing up ! I hope that your silence isn't due to health issues or harder problems than just an absence of time because of your responsibilities. I must confess that even I hated the way she acted before, I agree with Maggie on certain aspects. Young Tim needs to start his potty training. I raised two kids and two nieces and as a mother I know from experience that Gibbs should start trying the training here and there, not a vigorous one but slowly. I also think that both Gibbs and Tony are being unfair and rude towards her. She has all the right to get closer to her son, but she should be more careful and less overwhelming. I frankly wanted to smack Tony when I read his "rubbing his hands" scene.. As a mother I found it highly belittling towards another mother. I hope that you'll find some way to soften their relationship instead of showing a mother as the villain.

Please don't leave us hanging...love the story and can't wait for the next update!

Why would they not just tell the family that since tim got hurt at work, and it is an experimental drug that he was given that he needs to stay with NCIS under Ducky's care?

Would solve the problem of familty taking Tim away...

How about Gibbs takes Tim camping and Tim wanders through a patch of poison ivy? Just a little tim whump.

Lovely update as always! It was a nice surprise to see that you had a new chapter up so yay.
I know it's a long ways a way but I do so hope you keep Tim's interests the same, you know, his love of computers and the sciences, him being a Boy Scout. I mean, that is if you ever do write about him at that age.
On that note, I loved this chapter, even though Maggie tried to ruin it.

Oh and by the way Gibbs should start to teach Tim how to eat with a spoon too. It isn't good for a two year old not to start to use a spoon, he should start trying occasionally.
