RWBY Lover 25 chapter 25 . 7/10
This was a great chapter I didn't expect Ohgi to get a geass that was a surprise of itself the question remains who does this automatic stand belongs to.

You know... when I saw the fucking word count I was like, "NANI DA fUcK!"

TheMaster4444 chapter 85 . 6/29
Shirley and Nina were definitely pushed to their limits, but they managed to come out on top. I don't know who Nina saw on in the Geass temple, but I found her realization of how much her friends meant to her to be heart-melting, especially when she finally cries for help. Having the duo's final victory callback to Kewell attempted murder of Suzaku was an unexpected but expert move. My eyes widened when I realized what Nina had done.

The inner conflict between Shirley and Zero was also quite interesting, though I suspect it is merely buildup for a later event. The time may soon come where Shirley disappears in Zero and Lelouch will have to confront the symbol he forged.

DIO being foiled at the Brain Raid was so wonderfully cathartic. I am curious as to what the effect he transferred to Euphie will do, and how long Rivalz will be able to hold him off with his new ability.
brave kid chapter 85 . 6/28
whoa i knew that rivalz would have a stand, great job
TheMaster4444 chapter 84 . 6/2
Oh yes! An excellent action chapter!

Lelouch and Nunnally's battle with Vanilla Ice does a great job of making use of all the siblings' assets and the setting of the Siege Perilous, plus a brilliant use of the limited strengths of Painted Black to circumvent the seemingly unstoppable Cream. It's an excellent duel that shows off how the siblings' love for each other remains uncompromisingly unbending and shows how dangerous they are together that they were able to defeat such a powerful foe without casualty, while also not underselling their opponent as they were forced to evacuate the ship. I'm curious if Lelouch being taken from the ship will lead to Shirley beginning the final confrontation with Dio when it happens.

Xingke's battle with Monica wasn't one I was expecting, but I'm glad he got the chance to show what he was made off, especially with Tianzai's Stand playing such a fascinating role. His final move with the steam was a wonderful way to finish the encounter, showing off just how unpredictable a battle can be with powers involved as he gains victory despite not knowing entirely why.

Joseph's one-on-one with Dio hits all the right notes of a stoking the flames encounter. We get a bit more information about Voodoo Kingdom and it is as terrifyingly overpowered as previously hinted to be, a match for The World on every level. Joseph does his best, but ultimately, there's only so much a Weak, but Skilled fighter like him can do in the situation. Fortunately, Team Rolo is there to pull a last-minute rescue and now the gang must do everything they can to survive until backup arrives.

Meanwhile, it looks like Shirley and Nina's fight is up next, and with their opponents' Stand abilities fully revealed, I am super excited to the massive Stand slugfest that's about to go down.

TheMaster4444 chapter 83 . 5/10
A strong start to the new arc.

Lelouch's team are all set up in interesting battles that will test their dynamics with each other as well as their skills. Lelouch and Nunnally vs. Vanilla Ice is a frontrunner for awesomeness, as those two will have to both figure out where they stand in a Post-JOJO world as well as come out ahead against one of the deadliest foes the Stardust Crusaders ever faced.

Shirley and Nina's battle looks to be a whole lot of fun simply for the combination of two of the strongest Stands on the heroes' side as well as Zero teaming up with someone struggling to come to terms with her views of her homeland and how they clash with reality.

Suzaku and Kallen vs. Knights of the Round is always a treat, and their chosen opponents will provide a wonderfully originally and contrasting take to canon. Their argument beforehand was also interesting. It's similar to Marvel's Civil War Superhuman Registration Act, with both Kallen, who seeks freedom for people to be safe, and Suzaku, who seeks the order of a system to keep people safe, having an understandable viewpoint on the matter. I'm curious to see how such a matter will develop later in the story.

Rolo's character development trucks forward, as he slowly tries to stop emulating a human being and just being one. And with Joseph trapped in a one v. one with Dio, he and the others had better work fast.

On the grander stage though, Charles' announcement has me salivating at the bits. With Geass now public, the consequences will be enormous and Lelouch can't curtail them while he's dealing with Dio.

Wow you are ramping it up. I cannot wait for the next part to begin

Finally Pucci getting the action! I don’t know whom to root for.
Jaquan chapter 82 . 4/22
Did you... Just kill Sayako? Just like that? Wow... Talk about the climactic ending. Feeling bad for our loyal maid now...
TheMaster4444 chapter 82 . 4/22
Holy shit!

I often enjoy aftermath chapters even more than the climax they follow, but this was insane! It was madness and utterly glorious! Suzaku and Cornelia's talk was a fun way to fill in lore and the confrontation in catacombs was utterly terrifying, as anything with Vanilla Ice should be, with his kill proving he is just as dangerous here as he was in Stardust Crusaders.

In my head though, the chapter splits into two specific highlights, one comedic and one dramatic. The comedic one was Charles trolling Lelouch and the prince's reaction, which was just so wonderfully petty and him. And the dramatic one was the ending, which was both a clever shoutout to the Ninth Doctor's proclamation to the Daleks and a badass Avengers Assemble moment, plus showing just how far Lelouch has come in trusting others. The ultimate showdown is coming and Marianne's dad has no idea how much his ass is going to get kicked.
TheMaster4444 chapter 81 . 4/21
That was utterly spectacular! The ending and Lelouch and Suzaku's struggle against JOJO were undoubtedly the highlights, but the other fights were excellent as well. The inventiveness of Kallen vs. Nunnally and the use of Take On Me were especially fascinating to see unfold.
TheMaster4444 chapter 80 . 4/20
Oh, that was beautiful! Gyro vs. Suzaku was as thrilling as anticipated, with the latter having to gamble all his boundless stubbornness against his opponent's mastery of Spin. As for the outcome, and with him possibly knowing of the Ragnorak Plan now, I am curious to see where his character goes next.

And another unexpected highlight of this story, JOJO vs. Rolo. I thought the Geass assassin would be a goner from the word go, but he really pulled a lot of clever moves, with Rivalz's fish out of water POV only emphasizing the impressiveness of the battle. He still got outmaneuvered, but he actually pushed the Joestar quite a bit, forcing the original Jojo to remind everyone that while he isn't the madman that Joseph is, he is quite the capable tactician in his own right. I'm curious to see what effect seeing his canon self's actions will have on Rolo. And to know that JOJO has video of the canon timeline... this going to be so much fun. Especially, if Lelouch, Suzaku, and Euphie see what happened in R1 and R2.

And that ending, oh... this is going to be so much fun.
TheMaster4444 chapter 79 . 4/19
A fine action chapter! Between the twists and turns in Stroheim and Jerimiah's fight (I was sure V.V. would be the puppetmaster, well done on that twist), Suzaku and Euphie primed for a duel with Gyro and more setup to Lelouch pushing himself far beyond his limits, I have to say that the highlights of the chapter were Cornelia vs. Nonette and surprisingly, Lena vs. The Rounds.

Cornelia is a character I love to see get the spotlight and setting the finale of her duel against her best friend/one she fears most in Notre Dame adds a superb gravitas to the affair, one that the parallels of Nonette begin controlled (I assume by Nina's Live Geassing) to the canon Princess Massacre incident only heighten.

Lena's battle with the Knights of the Round was one I really wasn't expecting to enjoy as much as I did. In general, I'm not a big fan of OCs, but they are at times necessary in fanfiction and yours have been some of the best used I have ever seen, supporting canon characters and exposing them to aspects of themselves they might not have been able to examine otherwise. Still, I was a bit confused by Lena's survival post-Stand Out arc, if only because I didn't understand why she was the one of the four that would be useful going forward. But you have proved me wrong ever since and this is the crowning jewel of that achievement, juggling her mentorship with JOJO and her foil nature to several others. Though the finale with Bradley was exquiste, my favorite section of the battle was her interaction with Marianne, at once showing off the Empress' strange mix of virtue, abhorrence ruthlessness, and raw power, while at the same time displaying a tactical side of Lena that lends a great deal of admiration to her.
