I love how you dive into Kataras dark side. In a way I really think it was important for her to confront that. Having Zuko, some one who parallels her in so many ways, seems fitting to be the one to help.

I don't know how you do it but you write darkness without filling it with cheap angst and then you make everything so elegant and violently vague, yet there's never any doubt as to what's going on...

Oh my GOD I am actually literally crying right now. This was so, so, sosososoosso good, and just...Katara's furious and unforgiving and NO ONE WILL UNDERSTAND that the way Zuko does. This is exactly the way Zutara works, in my head. Thank you, and good job.

oh my god i love this so much elle i'm crying wow how do you do the thing, how do you make prose into poetry, /how do you do it i want to know/. your grasp on katara is astounding, and honestly, this is everything i ever wanted out of a tsr au (i'm usually quite wary of them but only you could hope to do the concept justice). katara's so amazing in here, so dark and hurt, and it makes so much sense that zuko's the only one who could get it, because he's the only one who's faced this kind of ugliness in himself and I' M PEEING YOU'RE SO PERFECT OH GOD
