The last section of Chapter 8 was as close to poetry as I've found in fic from any fandom. Great story all around. I know it's been a few years, but I'd love to see you write in the Numb3rs fandom again!

What a brilliant story I will admit I speed reading through the Math conversions as I'm number blind but, so so enjoyable, you got the characters down great x

Loved it for the most part.

Except for Shelley. She just seemed so unnecessary and a bit Mary Sue-ish. Smile for the magazines? (I think that's what it was.) Taking down three bad guys by herself while still being a trainee? Everyone liking her even though she's kind of a stalker? Getting Don to off her a job so easily? I actually did my best to just ignore her parts or just pretend it was someone else.

Other than that, wonderful.

This is single-handedly the best fan fiction story I have ever read. Period. How did you come up with the math? The characterization was amazing! this deserves to be an episode! 200 out of 10 stars!

This was a wonderful story and I enjoyed from beginning to end! Lots of action yet you didn't forget to include the all important brother moments. You did a great job writing the characters; Shelley was a terrific original character who seemed to fit in quite well.

I hope to see more stories from you in the future!

Oh my word! I really enjoyed this - good plot, all the characters behaving as they should, and some wonderful descriptions. It's the little things that make a good story - the piece of litter flapping on the rusted chain link fence, the cracked concrete in the parking lot - they all build a detailed, true-to-life picture for the reader.

And then the touching moments between Don and Charlie, Don's need to protect Charlie, and Charlie's unshakeable belief that Don will find him

Just found this gem and loved it. This fandom has dried up, so often I need to reread as new stories posted are are often very short and/or poor. This story was none of those things. I loved the relationship between Don and Charlie. The plot was entertaining and the characters were written perfectly. The math joke at the end was very clever, particularly that no one but the math guys got it - I could see this happening frequently in the Eppes house. Any chance of another fic? I would love to see this continue as a series or I would be open to a new story.

I thought your characters were true to canon and I truly enjoyed reading this well-written story. Your intriguing plot line held my interest and had me anxiously waiting for the next chapter. Well-done.
