Wow, that was really, really good. I liked how it was written with Donna's words not in quotations, sort of dreamlike. I liked this a whole lot. 'The man cries when he smiles. Do all doctors do that?' This was amazing. That's all I can say. And points for actually having good grammar and spelling :D

Very poignant and an interesting use of dialogue to tell the story.
