Good story, I am surprised that it has not gotten more comments. You might get more comments and views on a pony story site, like FimFiction. Also, did Luna not tell Kain about the Nightmare Forces? She would be much more like Kain if she did.

Then again, if I remember the official Hasbro comic right, she seemed too ashamed to say anything about them. And we only found out about it from the leader of the Nightmare Forces, he pretty much bragged that they told Luna what to do when she was Nightmare Moon. She was pretty much a puppet to them.
