I hope you update this soon. I love stories like these, although most of them have Makoto remain by Haru's side even if he's in so much pain. I'm glad that in this one Makoto took the initiative to let go, move on, and try to find someone who'll be able to heal his broken heart. Although I'm totally on the MakoHaru boat, I wouldn't hate it if Makoto makes new friends and finds someone who's interesting in Osaka. I love reading all about jealous and anxious Haru thinking about Makoto and how he won't be Mako's special person anymore. I don't think Haru will handle well w/ Mako moving on w/ his life b/c in his heart he always thought that Makoto will be the only constant thing in his life.

I don't particularly hate RinHaru. I actually don't mind it much and enjoy some of the arts/fanfics about it. MakoHaru is my OTP though. Right now I'm scouring the internet for MakoHaru after hearing about the ending. I'm probably not even gonna watch it b/c I've been totally turned off by the shipping war on my tumblr dash.

I don't mind people celebrating the RinHaru of episode 12 but a lot of RinHaru shippers on my dash are being all gloating and "take that MakoHaru," and that just gets me so angry b/c it's so immature. I feel like it's an insult to all the people out there who has experienced the pain of friendships being broken and the happiness of making up again. I feel like a lot of RinHaru shippers are so crazed that they're trampling over the fact that a friendship has been rebuilt. They're all focusing on RinHaru and not that Haru isn't the only one happy that Rin has gotten his shit together. First and foremost they're all friends who consider each other precious. Sigh.

Thank you for listening to my rant. It's a bad habit of mine that I get turned off of a fandom/pairing that has such inconsiderate followers. And I know that these followers doesn't make a fandom but right now all I see left and right is gloating and bashing.

Fantastic start! I'm really excited for more! Even after watching the last episode, I don't think RinHaru is canon, though. They didn't have the tender moments that MakuHaru had throughout the series. MakoHaru3
