Good plot, it was the only reason I stayed 'till the end, always skipping repeated monotonous content, tough.

Seriously, and with the best of intentions, this is a great idea, and congrats for taking the time and put it out there for the world to see. Very brave of you; but I always say: "if you're going to do something, do it right". So a little more time invested in checking and rechecking spelling, grammar and wording, would have done wonders to your story.
I stopped counting how many 'stomachs' were on the 12 chapter, I thought it was pretty clear where the stab wound was the firs time.
Also you could use 'he' or 'the man' instead of 'Tony' and 'Steve' so often… in one row!
Writing 'monster' instead of 'monitor' should not happen. 'Hole instead of 'whole' should not happen either; and there 'off' ad 'of' mean two very different things.

About the research, if a person stops breathing you don't put an oxygen mask, you put an endotracheal tube (assuming CPR didn't work), which is the one that goes with the pumping bag, the mask is connected to a tank.
There is a point when a person completely stops feeling cold and shivering while going through hypothermia. This is when it gets dangerous because the body stops fighting. Oh, and wound stop bleeding, they coagulate.
When medics get to a severely hypothermic person, treating "bleeding" wounds is the last of their concern, they have to rise the temperature first; thermal blankets and hot water bags are option number one.
If you scape from captivity, you don't obviously get back to your blasted plane site and STAY there… you have to keep moving!
And if you have Tony Stark and Captain America at your mercy, it is kind of illogical to ask if SHIELD sent them and why, wouldn't you agree that that's pretty obvious.

So, this was ok… Cold be a lot better.
I hope you are open to constructive criticism, otherwise you will not be able to improve and you would possibly dislike me a lot, for saying all this.

I enjoyed your story. This is a great plot and you nailed the characters. But you need to work on your grammar and spelling. That was slightly off-putting.

OMG! This is one of my favs chapters of this story! I love it! This two days waiting were totally worth it! I love everything! OMG i think tony couldnt endure too much, his previous injuries plus this one being the worst! We dont know if he has and internal bleeding from the stabbing wound but its the most probably! Furthermore he is too weak he should be dead before! And now this horrible wound, the doctors would have to do everything to keep him alive!
OMG PLEASEEEEE UPDATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I couldnt wait too much!

Well i love it, even if its not full of tony, all the team are soo worry for his health, he is in soo bad shape, even he stop breathing, and with the beaten that he received, im sure that his injuries are not only in the leg and his stomach, he must have some broken ribs and also his noose, soo there will be worst things! Yeahh this chapter is too necesary for the upcoming, i love that they are worry for tony, he could be a little anoying but they love him anyway! I hope that you update soo soon and with a lot of tony whump in that!

Omg this is awesome! I love your hole story, all that tony whump is epic! Mmm i dont know if tony has to die, he is soo sweet, and steve wouldnt endure too much pain!
