I have read this story a couple of times, and looked back on it even more. I first came across this on gwaddiction more or less five years ago. I could honestly say that this is the fanfic I measure all other fanfics against.

Thank you for one of the most beautiful pieces of literature I have ever read, online or otherwise. This is a piece that should be read not only by people who share the fandom, but everyone who reads this genre. I tried looking for other of your works, the last one was from 2005.

You might not be doing fanfiction anymore, but I hope to God that you're using your brilliant skills as an author. I have never read anything online quite reaching your skill at painting the most painfully beautiful scenarios and stirring people's emotions in steady increments.

I remember reading this when you first wrote it, and I have to tell you that this is honestly still one of my favorite fics EVER. It makes me cry, no joke, pretty much everytime I read it.

I read this story eons ago on Gundam Wing Addiction. It's so sad, and I cant believe I never reviewed it! I was always looking back under your name to see if you had writen anything else, but this seems to be your only story.

And what a great one it is! It made me cry and is so well written. I think you captured Duo and Heero's personalities really well, and if they did have a realtionship durning the war, I could see it being like that very easily.

But I must ask...why does Duo always die in fics? It always makes me so sad! Fanfic writers love killing my Duo! Can't we kill someone else? Like Quatre maybe?

I've read this fic a billion times, and already reviewed mind you, but it's just that, damn, I can't stop feeling devastated anytime I read it again; and another thing, you've converted me into a Sarah McLachlan fan (which wasn't easy, since I basically listen to heavy metal and hard rock). I now have two of her album and actually reading the fic PLUS listesting at the same time these songs is...just...too much...:-( I cry every, every time, and I normally never cry, nope. I think you're sick of all this bubbling, so I'll end just saying that I worship your talent and beg of you to write again something as brethtaking as this. Seriously.

oh...oh my *is so shocked she can't think of a better review* this...this was certainly one of the best Gundam Wing fics I've ever read...and I'd have never thought it would end like that...this goes straight on my fave list...

Ah, I remember reading this fic some time ago and found it wonderful and gripping. The only flaw, if you could call it that, is in the rating. The ending was rather shocking as I wasn't prepared for it. Many people are disturbed by the death of a main character and I think you should consider giving them a warning in advance.
