In any other time this would have been great but i kinda just see it as odin doing something to absolve himself and come out looking as a saint in lokis eyes without ever really understanding or feeling remorse for being more king than father

This is the second time I have read this story and I absolutely love. It has been irking me of late that the movies really don't give much acknowledgment to the fact that Odin and Thor have some culpability in what Loki became. In Thor:Ragnorok, we get the line "Loki I thought the world of you" but based on the first movie, Thor did an awful job of showing that. I love that you have Odin finally seeing his mistakes here and taking responsibility for them. It's one thing to say you love your son and another to show it and you depict the distinction beautifully here. Kudos

good story. i read it because i was wondering whether there were stiries on good odin and i liked but i cant help feel like this odin is still emotionally manipulating loki and acting like the victim
