Hmm, a bit crude for my tastes. I get that the wanting and having do with drinking blood that isn't fresh would be starting to drive him crazy but I just don't see where the urge to rape would come from. It doesn't match the picture. You don't want to have sex with your food, do you?
Angelus did it because he loved what it did to his victims, messing with them, the fear making the blood taste sweeter... There might be a sexual aspect to the feeding but I just can't see Spike getting pleasure out of violating a woman. He always chose someone strong enough to fight back, someone who in the end submitted to him willingly and I don't think any amount of bloodlust could change him that much
