Usually don't say this in public, but I seriously don't like this story. Tony is so OOC and evil, that the story is unreadable

What they are doing is wrong and immoral and I would punish Tony and everyone who does what he did. And I would explain why. And I would explain that they are violating gods laws on the treatment of all the races and because they have ignored and disobeyed the creator of gods creations they will be beaten by spanking then given an ultimatum change and obey or but put down meaning executed for their crimes sins such as illegal science experiments for which all sentient life-forms have to play. After all the wages of sin is death. And many beings who pass themselves as gods are not and many beings who call themselves immortal are not. There is only one true immortal. And those for whom do this kind of thing will not like what happens to them for doing this kind of thing and believe me it has happened I have had relatives within our government and military who had high clearances who became aware of what our government was doing and even told me that they know the God of the Bible is very real and know that he created other beings on other worlds besides the Angels. Anyone who says otherwise is only deluding and lying to themselves. Many so-called Christians refuse to accept that he can create whatever he wants and anywhere he wants. He simply kept quiet about his other creations off-world other than his angels who are to be the messenger and warriors enforcers of his laws and will. He gave us free will we can either obey and be rewarded or disobey and suffer the consequences for that disobedience. And Atheists are the biggest fools and are going to get the biggest surprise for it and not like it. After all the Saying "Anyone who says there is no God is a fool. The Bible references this and not worded as I have referenced it based on whatever translation they are using. Now if the governments of the world can acknowledge this to their employees but refuse to acknowledge this to the General population they are really full of themselves. And everyone who is sworn in and has to take an oath it is always with the Bible but if the person is Muslim they are required to use both the Bible and the Quran together. Something I learned from my relatives. No exceptions. And the consequences of oathbreakers is quite severe. When facing the Heavenly Father and The Messiah on Judgement day but also during the Battle of Armageddon and anyone stupid enough to fight against him and his army of angels. Meaning humans stupid enough to Allie themselves with Satan the Devil and his army of demons and Fallen Angels. Because in the end they will all be destroyed. Plus I am familiar with the Doctor Who concept of Angels which is false and twisted when dealing with both fallen Angels and those still Loyal to the Father.

So I would like to see you incorporate the Loyal Angels of God the Father to deal with this mess and finally saying no more you were told what would happen and you have violated your oaths so now you are going to have to deal with the Consequences. Plus according to Canon both MCU and Comics it is hinted to that Captian Rogers is a Loyal Christian if the Catholic faith. So as a result he would know what they are doing is wrong and they will suffer for it. And Tony is an Atheist and won't acknowledge that what he will face he won't acknowledge it is a high power that all humans are answerable to. In fact all of Creation is answerable to. Including all of the the so-called gods from all of the pantheons from around the world.

What... the... hell...? I don't care that you invented a new time lord for this story, my issue is the fact that you have turned IRON MAN into a f *&ing psychopath who acts more like Dr. Doom or Hannibal Lector than Tony Stark. I got nothing else to say than that.
