There is the possibility of a cure that you could create for the STD. You do have an artistic license, so you can make it so Ed doesn't have to live with this all the time. Honestly, a drug addict and a pedophile? Ugh... disgusting. I would literally cut off his dick and balls with a razor sharp, fire heated knife. He wouldn't have any drugs or anything either.

Just a quick note. If Edward got this std from his previous master through a contaminated or infected semen then it is in fact contagious. In addition, an STD id sexually transmitted diseases and while it can be transmited through other bodily fluids it is often transmitted through sexual acts. If this disease is from drugs then more than likely it should be labeled as a disease, infection, virus, disorder or something else other than an STD.

Aside from that note, the concept and overall plot is interesting.
