This was the very first Hunger Games I ever read, and apparently I didn't even leave a review(!) Sorry about that. Suffice it to say I loved it, and it got me kinda hooked on both HG fics and everlark. I enjoyed Katniss' and Peeta's dynamic in the books but it was probably fanfic (and your story in particular) that woke the shipper in me, so to speak. Great work, I thoroughly enjoyed it!

First of all thank you for writing this because it's amazing and quite possibly my favorite Hunger Games fanfic...and I've read A LOT of them! The little details are what absolutely made the story. I think my favorite was when they were doing the toasting and they burnt the bread a little, it gave the sentimental feeling plus the history behind the gesture so much more meaning and I loved it! I'm fangirling over it right now as type this!
