Absolutely stunning. Really, really well written. It gives a good mix of the overwhelming grief and despair as well as the shimmer of hope. Emily asking, out loud, for help was really touching. You've definitely done well to capture the characters and your style of writing is so easy to read and allows the story to flow. Well done!

Another amazing and brilliant story from you. You really have captured who Emily and Derek are . Emily keeping her feeling in and Derek being the only one that she would trust to break down in front of . Derek is the one who would truly understand what she is feeling and going through . For Derek would be having parallel emotions . Damn delivery man for showing up right then . They were so close to showing each other the truth about what they feel for each other.
