the story is alright but i just didn't like the mc getting shipped with naruko

I'll have to log in so I can add this to my favorites. This was such a great read and, even if there's still room for more plot, I feel like the story would still be fine if there was no sequel. I'm happy there was a happy ending. I'm choked up at the loss of both their senseis. They've all grown up, big and strong. Shinku really has the worst and best luck there is. Thank you again for your hard work and this amazing read (writing is hard, and actually finishing a story is harder).

I hate this story like Shinku hates Naruko, Sasuke, and Kakashi. It's both entrancing and tormenting how you could make us feel so much for characters just passing by. I love/hate how killing a random mother of an enemy village hurts just as much as character death. I've been reading this story non stop for the past three days and I will see this through the end. Gosh, my poor heart.

One of the best fanfiction story i've read in a while. It's really hard to keep up with two OP characters if you're just normal and has no special traits to contribute to the team. So it's expected that hardships will follow Shinku. I've got no problem with Naruko's character because it's really hard to trust others that betrayed you. Sasuke's kinda softie but I still like it. Would highly recommend.

Fucking masterpiece. I've read plenty of fanfiction in the last 3 years or so since I got introduced to it, but ones that keep my attention glued to that story only are VERY, very rare. This one was great in almost all matter of ways... You let the romance grow right at the end of the story, instead of letting it take over the story in the beginning, you created interesting characters, changing some yet keeping them close enough to their original character to be recognizable and believable, and masterfully developed the characters over time.

And the best of all, you pretty much let me feel like I was "the boy in the team." I have a lot in common with Shinku. I had a stutter, I didn't like school, and kind of just tried to pass, I was considered weak and was bullied relentlessly and mercilessly, to the point which created my own version of Inner(s) and Primal (the angry one). Strangely, I even gave "rooms" to my personalities. I never went to the psychological chair, if I could help it, as I like to solve problems myself. One of them is kept in a "locked room." (and no I haven't killed anyone. I have fought, and I usually never lose, especially if "primy" lets loose a bit).

I came to realize that the personalities themselves were just shattered versions of myself later in life. Again, A lot. In common. I've felt Shinku's pain before, his loss, his blame... In a way, this story was a good psychological read for me (or us... "we are legion" right?) depending how you picture it lol. It was almost like reading a biographal fiction.

Currently I'm trying to improve myself in a short amount of time as well. Get a new degree, be successful, or at least better paid.

I've yet to meet my Naruko yet though haha.

Loved The boy in the park, but this? This is just awful shinkus worthless, Naruko is unlikable, Sasuke is too. So much for learning anything from the first story, because all you've done is take everything likeable out of the story.
