This story was brilliant. I never really considered Ginny/James until I found this. A man, is it sexy or what? Basically, I want more of this. I think all of us do. Perhaps James gets Ginny pregnant? Now THATS an interesting story...

Okay.. I know I took my time getting here, and so I went through both chapters at once. That said, I will put both reviews here.

You, my dear Bliss, succeeded in making this most educational. James is also decidedly good at reading his parents and has his Dad's instincts. We won't mention his luck at all.

In the last chapter James succeeded in overwhelming Ginny quite handily... you can tell she was enjoying herself, but her mortification was still evident. This chapter you toned down the mortification just enough to make the outcome sound like it was part of a natural progression instead of a author's twist. Well done.

I do like the Mum moments that popped out here and there. It also showed that relationship was there still, too ingrained from the last several years of raising to be easily forgotten.

And the end scene... ah the bed time stories Harry and Ginny could tell... except I have a feeling that both would be too embarrassed to do so. They'll get there eventually according to your AN.

And once again – I am super late in reviewing. Shame on me!

This chapter was wonderful...and very much in character for both mother and son. I found myself often remembering and then comparing this 'first time' with Al and Harry's 'first time' and I have to say – you really did an amazing job of showing both the similarities and the differences based on their personalities. Sure, they're both parent/child incest 'first times,' but you were able to detail for us some lovely and interesting variances.

Ginny is so much more reluctant it seems than Harry was. Or perhaps she isn't really, but she's just more vocal about it...even going so far as to suggest to Obliviate her own son (and this is BEFORE they have intercourse). Harry appeared to spend much more time making sure Al was certain he really wanted it, than in saying 'no, we absolutely cannot do this.' That may just be a mother's reaction vs. a father's reaction... or it may simply be Harry's vs. Ginny's... either way, it show us – your faithful readers – just how much thought you put into these characters and how they would react during this very taboo situation.

Equally impressive is the reaction of James vs. Al. Both boys REALLY want this forbidden intimacy, but where Al is just plain sweet and almost innocent in his eagerness, James is stubborn, relentless and downright devious. These characterizations, as far as I am concerned, are spot on! Of course, Rowling only gives us a glimpse of these two in the epilogue, but I think your James and your Al are done really, really well.

I enjoyed the similarities of both encounters almost as much as the differences. I love how both Al and James were admonished by Harry and Ginny respectively, during their intimacy. I can't remember what Harry scolded Al for, but I remember that it made me chuckle – that he could still be 'Dad' even at such a surreal moment. And when you had Ginny do the same kind of thing with James in this chapter, I laughed out loud. Awesome!

I'm glad Ginny decided against an Obliviate spell. That would be really rough – especially on her. To see her son later, knowing what happened, but with him oblivious to the whole thing? And it being his first time no less! That would be tragic. But I don't know about James' secret-keeping abilities. Something tells me he's going to tell someone (I think it would REALLY be hilarious if that someone he told was Albus. And then Al would be like –oh! I have a secret to tell you, too! LOL).

Anyway, incredible chapter and story. Will there more to the Potter family? :)
