Just stopping by after a reread! I love the character interactions you have going on, and the bit where Isshin turned Toshiro into a bedtime story is so him lol.

I've just read it and I have to say that I loved it. I first stumbled across this story about a year ago, but back then I hadn't had intentions of reading it since I could see that it hadn't been updated for months. There are too many fics I started reading and fell in love with only to find out that they are never getting a next chapter. But one of tumblr users mentioned this as one of their favorite fanfics, so I decided that maybe I'll give it a try. I definitely don't regret this decision, but my one request is - please finish this story. It's way too good to be left unfinished. I loved how you described Toushirou, I've always seen him as a kid, so it's nice to find a story where his softer side is visible. We're left with a cliffhanger and I hope we'll be able to see/read what Kurotsuchi came up with in his twisted mind, in what direction the story will go and will there be a happy ending. Ah, right - second request - happy ending. I think giving them a tragic ending would be unfair - what they have been through is definitely enough (and remembering how unhappy canon is). So yeah, let them be happy, please. Also, I really like the thing you did with names - Toushirou Hitsugaya to Hazama Fuyuki.
I think this is the longest review I've ever written. Now the only thing for me that's left is to wait.
