Great story. Kinda creepy at times. I like how it all fits in with the original trilogy.

I really enjoyed this story... I like the way that it's AU without being really obvious about it, and the way that Luke's character is expanded throughout. The way that he's drawn towards the allure of power is far more realistic to my mind than the perfect Luke who never falters who we see in most stories.

There's a kind of almost medieval sense to this story in the play between the 'lord' and the villagers and the shadow of Vader that still lingers around Luke... It's very interesting. And your writing is excellent, by the way. I'm in awe, here.
