Great read I was really thinking it would have a tragic ending but it's amazing!

This was great! I love your writing style. Even if it was just for this piece, it's wonderful.

I liked this a lot. It was cool to see all the insight into two characters that don't talk a great deal (unlike Alistair, for example, who wears his heart on his sleeve) and to see the evolution of dislike, to guilt to something more. You've provided through dialogue and actions and flashbacks quite a bit of warmth to your Dalish Warden, which is a nice change of pace for me, who always viewed that Origin as a bit cold if only for the sake of self-preservation.

That line where she left Zevran at the gates, ripped my heart and made me want to tear up and cry. ;-;
