I liked the ending, very cute and funny and sweet. All rolled into one :)

Don't be so hard on yourself, it was a very cute ending to the story.

The ending feels a bit like you didn't really know where else to go with it and so you just ended the story there. I think the problem was making this into a two-shot. It probably would've been better if you had kept it as a one-shot and just added the second part (since it's not very long) to the end of chapter one.
That being said, it's still a very cute scene and Daryl and Carol were very in-character, which is sometimes very hard to do, so great job there. :)
