I am very certain that after an accident like she had, it'd be kinda impossible for her to be pregnant. And why is it always Naru's kid? I find it hard to believe she would actually keep their dirty laudry from him. I mean, no one should feel inclined to keep something as major as that in the dark because fear of rejection or ignorance.
Point is, it's wrong and gross and no one should ever feel the need to do that!
