Wow. That was angsty. I wasn't sure what to think when I first read the summary, but I really liked it. It's kind if got this Dracula, Hunchback, Phantom goodness all rolled into one. I can see him prowling around all vampire like, unable to cross the threshold of the church. And this lust-inspired-blasphemy that is so often attached to Claude Frollo. And the manipulation if Christine's innate goodness...
that's all Erik. It's like you took all the darkest characteristics from fictional villains and rolled them all into one. And, wow, without their redeeming qualities these fellas can be pretty messed up.

I am intrigued by your picture of Erik, both in this story and your other one. It's not often that I read an Dark!Erik-character that I DON'T like (not a fan of the whiny emo!Eriks but that's another thing entirely...) and you've got my emotions kind flip flopping when it comes to yours. I know that sounds like a criticism, but it's totally not. You tightrope walk the line between dark and unforgivable and you do it very well. My general conclusion is something along the lines of "I like him, but I think liking him makes me a horrible person..."

Anyway, you're one of the best dark!Erik writers I've read in a long time. I am really enjoying your writing. Keep up the good work.

Haha, what a twit she is, but I still love them! I love how you write Erik, he is so naughty it's hilarious, he is also evil it feels sinful to love him., but I do. I can't wait for her "lesson", hopefully she will be excited when she learns what it will be.
