If time has no meaning and his future kids that never were can exist there that means they should have known about this far longer, meaning this was planned by Heaven to train and season Xander for the things to come. I love that this is Xander's chance to be more than a 'butt monkey' to the supernatural world. Also, I can't say I'm one for Xander/Buffy pairing but you have managed to get me to read all 8 chapters so far with their relationship and all the cliffhangers for the next chapter.
