I don't like how you changed the sex of the baby.

Not just my preference for their child, no matter how odd Shizuo is babies don't just go from being male to female - in fact, all babies start off as what they call, for lack of a better word "female" and either stay that way or become male, not the other way around. If Shinra saw a penis there was a penis. Of course it's a bit different with intersex - they'd still start off "female" then instead of their sex possibly changing entirely or staying the same it would just develope some male parts as well. But this child should have technically stayed male. And you forgot the afterbirth in the birthing scene.
