I don't know why this story never got more reviews but I guess that's why you stopped...

I actually wondered why Luffy didn't return his straw-hat to Shanks (since it was their promise that if luffy became the pirate king he would give back his hat to Shanks) and why Luffy had killed Dracule Mihawk, why didn't Zoro do that? That was his dream, right, becoming the best swordsman?
Well, those were my only questions.
I really found it a great prologue! Many stories like this written, but all of them are just too forced and end up like trash. But this one didn't seem forced from the very beginning, I think this might become a really popular story, not only the concept is good, but you're also a great writer!

Great job. I see a lot of improvement.
There's more details along with description. It's really pulling me into the story.
However, you could space out your paragraphs.
i.e.:
"talktalktalk"
-Paragraph-
"talktalktalk"
"talktalktalk"
Right now, it's short walls of text.
"talktalktalk" -paragraph- "talktalktalk" "talktalktalk"
It crams the sentences together and doesn't seem very professional (format wise).
