As a writer and reader myself I've never cared about whether a character was a Mary sure or harry about how a story flows and how its written and you are doing a great job. Do what you want with your story and dont focus on reviews write for yourself . Take the story as your own . You've got this do t give up

I for one love this story. Don't let one person, who is personally insulting you for a fictional work get to you. I don't know how you feel about 93 faves but surely that shows thare are people out there who like this? I definitely do. 3

I don't think that your writing or story is horrible at all. As of right now, you are being quite fair to Anne Boleyn. However, I could see your character turning into a Mary Sue real quick. Just because the conflict she's feeling about betraying Katherine and Anne could end up with Anais screwing them over, following her heart, and giving Henry a son, and then Katherine and Anne will actually support her (which I hope you choose not to go on this route, but most authors will.) I think this story will work way better as a slow burn, because Henry and Anais how literally known each other for 2.5 seconds, and so Anais shouldn't be conflicted over her infatuation with a guy that treated her nicely, that's kind of pathetic. Follow history. Have Anne be Queen. Anais' conflict doesn't have to be surrounded around Henry but it could be about Anne v. Katherine. Should she side with Katherine or Anne? Who is right? Who should be queen?

The slow burn could also be Anais befriending the King, and them not being romantic, AT All, until Anne's downfall, circa. 1535-1536. Showing a dynamic where the king generally has a female friend, like today, would be generally interesting to read.

At the end of the day, this is not my story to write. This is yours. Which you have already been able to draw many readers into, so you are doing something write. (I do hope that you at least take some of my criticism into consideration.) You must have had your whole story outlined, and so who am I to try and change what you have in store? So ignore the negative reviews.
