Ummm no, River is the Doctor's wife for a reason she matches him in every way and he held a deeply profound love for her in the end. The reason he was so standoffish in the beginning is because he saw her die and for once he didn't know everything. Rose was at best a crush

Plus it was great to have your eleven still keep her in his hearts, enough to invite her to Silencio when he thought it would be his final death. Thank you for sharing your work!

I love this story

I've read your work on Archive. I failed to mention there how very much I appreciate your stories' takes on River. You explain just how truly non-binding their 'wedding' is the best of any fanfic I've read.
I think River is highly annoying. I pity her and think the Doctor feels some affection for her (overshadowed by misplaced guilt and paradox obligation), but not the type of love to set the soul on fire.
. ... and I'd find her annoying anyway. Not a fan of smug/smurky/I-Know-something-you-don't-know, me.

What a neat idea to have one of the envelopes go to a younger Rose! I love time loops like that :-) Wasn't ecstatic about the flesh duplicate of Rose, but then again, I wasn't thrilled when they did it with Amy on the show...

I can just imagine what is going on inside River and Amy's heads when the Doctor keeps ignoring them in favour of Rose. Also, loved the whole pop debacle.

I'm sad the Doctor was only with her for one day, but hopefully the next chapter will show a longer reunion.

A good read. Didn't get caught in the various timelines which it easily could have. River bashing was minimal which is also good, because while I prefer Rose by a long distance, River is an interesting character.

This has to be the most perfect and logical RosexEleven reunion fix I have ever read. Congratulations, I'm forever mind blown by this.
