| Countryboy93 chapter 21 . 11/22/2014 I have to admit, the Expendables driving tanks, helicopters, and spaceships that were never built was a bit far fetched and kinda took away from the realism. But all in all though, it was still a good story, one of the best action ones I've read in a while. |
| Countryboy93 chapter 15 . 11/21/2014 I hate to get technical here, but the German assault rifles in the bunker are called "STG-45s" (Sturmgewehr is German for assault rifle). Good story though, keep it up! |

If you do a sequel in the near future, here's what I recommend: After a botched mission, the Expendables' ranks are decimated and they retire from the business. However, when a ghost from the past reappears and prepares for the US's destruction, the old guard must come together alongside new blood. New actors could include Stallone, Jackie chan, Schwarzenegger, and van damme. Just a suggestion. |

| Seahawksfan1 chapter 6 . 9/1/2013 Admittedly I've never seen the actual movie The Expendables; however, despite that fact this is a really good idea for a story. For the most part I like it because you're exploring a good what if concept(like in the case of things I enjoy and follow, what if the Cleveland Indians moved to Seattle in the 60s, or what if Scooby Doo aired on NBC, etc.), but it's something that you thought of and explored. Everyone has their what if concepts and ideas, and you're actually doing something about it; by the way, I have to admit, if this movie was made in the early 70s and John Wayne, Sean Connery, Clint Eastwood, Bruce Lee, Steve McQueen and Richard Roundtree were all in the cast of the same movie, this might have been up for a number of Oscars, or at least nominated for a few. Good job and it will be interesting to see what comes next. |
