There's a strange thing.
One moment we are in Sherlock's hospital room with John crying and the next one we are somewhere else - in a dark parking lot as we discover at the end -, there's a dialogue between people we don't know who they are. It's a bit confusing.
Maybe you should have used a graphic symbol to separate the two moments, or a line or simply a space. That way it would have been more clear that there were two "situations" going on.
I hope you appreciate the review, it wasn't meant to criticize but to help the story.
