You just get better and better! You make him such a sympathetic character. He's not like that in the movies, but what a persona you've given him!

You break my heart every time, but I love these little glimpses into the past you come up with. Using O'Brien as inspiration for Clint-fic is, in my mind, the best source you can use - there's a fire in his work; it's a perfect muse for Clint-centric stories. You dig in, as always, and find these wonderful little individual tics that really bring the characters to life; it makes the work sing. You've got the voice, Hark. Keep 'em coming.
