From proper lady attending to her needlepoint to scarf-bedecked vagabond with a tambourine... what a daunting learning curve! I hope Quasi secretly witnesses her first performance from the cathedral. Lune's inner conflict was nicely captured in a single paragraph and I admit to sharing the poet's amusement, poor Mademoiselle. Oh, and of course Quasi isn't cursed!

Quasimudo is the most beautiful and amazing character of Norte Dame de Paris, in my opinion. Also, that song.

Yay its back! It's gonna be fun seeing Luna learn to perform and hang out with Pierre. Can't wait for more Quasi!

Another lovely chapter! I love the contrast when Lune is thinking of the bleak, uncompromising way her family treats her (very believable for those times - especially for young women) and the warm promise of 'something beyond and better' that she saw in Quasi. I hope poor Gringoire can think of a way to save Esmeralda before Frollo gets to her... and maybe Lune can find Quasimodo on the way? Of course Quasimodo likes you, Lune! And for sure there is a deeply metaphysical meaning to a smashed pot - are not men and pots made from the stuff of clay?
