| Silentiarius chapter 6 . 9/28/2013 Excellent! Truly excellent! Very deep and touching! Your research into Dachau was accurate except for the gas chambers. The part where Max wants to show the woman all the horrible things that had happened in the camp is interesting because the American soldiers who liberated the camp were so disgusted that they did just that to the Germans living nearby. There were a few minor grammatical and punctuation goofs, and a minor canon slip with Walter. But all those goofs are trifling. This is masterful storytelling and you should be proud of it! |

It's really well done, and I loved it- just a side note for historical accuracy, no one was ever killed in the gas chambers at Dachau- they're there, but they weren't ever used, no one is quite sure why. Again, this story is amazing. |
| infiniteworld8 chapter 6 . 8/19/2013 i loved this story. it was indescribable in it's beauty. you have truly written a masterpiece. the imagery was searing and poignant. the emotion was spot on and the reader was able to develop a true connexion with max. my only real concrit is the title could be better. as it is the title sounds like a cheap romance story and not the high quality fic it is. nice job and you just earned a fav. which is something i don't pass out lightly;) |
