Wow. From the moment the chapter began it was all action. The image of Joan desperately shoving tissues through a gap in the bottom of the van really pulls at your heart strings and her thoughts at the end about Sherlock are nothing short of devastating. The kidnapper shouting "Immigration!" was genius. Really hot issue at the mo and ppl would easily look the other way- sadly. Damit Moriarty! So evil ;)

It's amazing how you wrote a story that provides background information for Declarations. Keep it up, I'm dying to find out what happens next :)

Wow. I love how you written this in Irene's perspective, it nearly scares me.

This woman is terrifying. Extra strength terrifying. There's very little human behind the perfect mask, is there? This is so effective- when I finish a chapter I'm left with a chilled feeling like someones left the window open and it's cold outside. She's reptilian! Ugh. This plot of hers doesn't bode well for our dear Watson. But your take Irene's jealousy is fascinating, and I think, spot on. It's much more complex than a woman in love scorned. There's possessiveness and all manner of justifying her feelings to herself. She wants Sherlock at her mercy. And shes such a sociopath/homicidal narcissist I don't think shes capable of love. Blech. Love this! Standing ovation x

Fantastic and intriguing insights into Moriarity. She is definitely manipulating strings to make her puppets dance in a way that she finds amusing. I love the voice you have given her: feigned detachment with a vindictive streak.
