Interesting point of view. My crossover is a bit different. G-Dog intercepted the first Kaiju. Axehead. And killed it. Soon after that, Gojira disappeared. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. It spans time and generations. Fusing the two cohesively. Tweaking the two movies from a family stand point. Making the Beckett boys foster sons to Ford and Elle Brody. Stacker becoming Newton's step-father.

Godzilla's an Earth kaiju, not from the Anteverse the Pacific Rim kaiju come from. He is a monster king yes, but of our planet. As to him being in the movie, he could care less about the humans being killed,but if one of those kaiju came after him then he'd react and do something.

328 feet tall, radioactive mutated dinosaur, threat level Cat 5. He is intelligent yes,but in a predatory way like any animal. He doesn't like humans either and sees them as an annoyance to put up with. Japan is his territory and he goes there frequently, mainly Tokyo.

I'd love to see Godzilla fight Slattern. He's never afraid of any kaiju larger than him. He'll fight to the death. He fought Biollante and King Ghidora and won. Ghidora is above 400 feet tall and had his heads blown off by Godzilla.
