I think you captured the most beautiful aspects of this ship, and how Sam is so open around Gabriel, a side we don't normally see in the show. I love how you portrayed them in a way separate from the usual "nothing-but-jokes" narrative, it was almost like a breath of fresh air!

I don't think you made any mistakes. One suggestion is that Sam seemed too weak. I believe you used "Kicked Puppy" several times throughout the fic, and while this is a largely adapted phrase through the fandom, I don't think it would apply to all circumstances here. But I really do love this fic, and I would love if you made a chapter two! Please, Please! Thanks!

Yeah, Sam is a little OOC, but nothing too bad. And this is just too cute! Love it. Very well done! The only thing I would watch for is that OOCness. It can really sneak up on a person...Anyway,yeah,watch out for that, and keep being awesome!
