Seems interesting so far, I'm looking forward to the next chapter. Just a tiny correction, "Sekai e yōkoso, Sakura" is the way you should say it, if you do it the way you wrote it you're saying "welcome to the sakura of the world"

It's a good start! I like how she didn't have a panic attack! Most oc stories seem to have mind-numbing terror as the first reaction to being in the Naruto world. It's nice to see a story where the character doesn't have a mental breakdown at the mere thought of death. :D

This is a good start, but there's just one thing I wanted to mention; gender has nothing to do with levels of chakra on such general and steel terms. Tsunade has more chakra than Jiraiya for example. What I've noticed is that it depends on bloodlines. Uzumaki clan has the most from what the series says, Uchiha doesn't have as much as it might seem but their abilities overshadow it enough so few notice. Sakura doesn't have a lot of chakra because she doesn't train (the more you train the more you have, simple as that) and because (I'm assuming) she's from a civilian family, or at least one with a bloodline that hasn't seen many generations of shinobi. Also, Kurama was never evil. He was bitter, distrustful and angry, but not evil. I never understand why people act like his attack was like 'searing clouds of evil', or 'terrible malevolence'. Is it just me?

Anyway, that's all the negative I have to say. Sorry by the way, half of my rant in this review is simply a byproduct of endless similarly written scenes and/or descriptions. Not your fault for it, I just wanted to get the point off my chest.

As for the good stuff, your grammar is nice (much better than a lot of the SIs around here) and the pacing is to the point rather than needlessly going too much into depth. I thank you for that considering we're all tired of having to read and write the beginning days. And although there's an increasing number of Sakura-reborn fics I'm not overly floundered on them considering all of the ones I've read tend to differ enough from each other that they don't have cloned feelings.

Lastly, I'm looking forward to where you're going to take this. Please update soon.

Are you planning to continue this? Because it seems cute, and trying to "replace" Sakura given her role in canon is always interesting.

This is a good story so far. I also like how your character isn't random, hyper, or obnoxious like other self-inserts are. Can't wait for the next chapter!
